The totally windproof garment is made with fabrics are salt, stain and mildew resistant for perfect protection from the elements. Completing the garment is a fixed hood with front-integrated preformed visor, removable mask for neck protection, zipper with wind and chafing flap, four zippered outside pockets, double adjustable cuffs, adjustable hem, fleece inner collar lining and one inside pocket, all zippers totally waterproof.
