F.lli Campagnolo S.p.A. Loyalty Card Regulations

F.lli Campagnolo S.p.A., tax code and VAT no. 00170620249, PEC fllicampagnolospa@legalmail.it, with registered office in Romano d'Ezzelino, Via Merlo no. 2, 36060 Vicenza – Italy, share capital i.v. € 12,000,000.00 (hereinafter “F.lli Campagnolo”) provides the possibility for its customers, holders of a Loyalty Card of one of the Brands (as defined below) of F.lli Campagnolo (hereinafter, the “Card”) to benefit from certain services and advantages reserved for them, including the possibility of participating in promotional initiatives called “Fidelity Campaigns”, which the same will organize from time to time with reference to the various Brands of F.lli Campagnolo (hereinafter, the “Fidelity Program”).

Please note that the Fidelity Program is an initiative excluded from the discipline of the so-called “Manifestazioni a Premio” (Prize Promotions) pursuant to art. 6 lett. c-bis) of DPR 430/2001.

The terms and conditions applicable to the Card and the Fidelity Campaigns of F.lli Campagnolo are contained in these Regulations (hereinafter, the “Fidelity Regulations”), which can be consulted on the institutional website www.campagnolo.it and on the websites of the respective F.lli Campagnolo Brands adhering to the Fidelity Regulations: “CMP” (www.cmpsport.com), “Melby” (www.melby.it) and “Jeanne Baret” (www.jeannebaret.com) (hereinafter the “Site/s”). The Fidelity Regulations may be updated by F.lli Campagnolo from time to time by publication on the indicated Sites and notification to the respective Holders (as defined below).

1. LOYALTY CARD HOLDERS

1.1 All natural person customers so-called “consumers” pursuant to art. 3, paragraph 1, lett. a), Legislative Decree 206/2005, who have reached 18 (eighteen) years of age and make an express request at one of the stores of a Brand of the F.lli Campagnolo Group referred to in art. 2 below, can obtain the Card (hereinafter, the “Holders”).

1.2 Each Holder is entitled to possess only one Card per single Brand.

2. LOYALTY CARD ISSUANCE AND ACTIVATION

2.1 The issuance of the Card is immediate and free of charge and guarantees Holders access to dedicated and exclusive promotions, including the Fidelity Campaigns of the reference F.lli Campagnolo Brand, as well as additional services offered from time to time by F.lli Campagnolo to its loyal customers.

2.2 The Card can be requested in person in one of the Stores (as defined below), by filling in the relative form, which will involve the creation of a personal profile of the Holder. The Card will be dematerialized and, therefore, will be provided only in electronic format and can be used only for purchases made in the Store and NOT on the Site.

2.3 The single-brand points of sale of the following brands belonging to the F.lli Campagnolo Group adhering to the Fidelity Program are authorized to issue the Card: “CMP”, “Melby” and “Jeanne Baret” (hereinafter the “Brands”). The complete list of F.lli Campagnolo points of sale authorized to issue and use the Card is indicated for each Brand on the relative website (hereinafter, the “Stores”) and may vary from time to time. F.lli Campagnolo company outlets are expressly excluded from the Fidelity Program and are not part of the network of Stores adhering to the initiative, for which a specific fidelity program applies, available at the outlets themselves and on the website www.campagnolo.it.

3. CONDITIONS FOR ISSUANCE AND USE OF THE LOYALTY CARD

3.1 To obtain the Card, the customer must provide their personal details (name and surname), date of birth, residential address and one or more of their contacts (e-mail, telephone, mobile). Where the customer wishes to obtain the Card of one of the F.lli Campagnolo Brands dedicated to children (“Melby”), or which also offers a product line for children (“CMP”), in order to access Fidelity Campaigns, “Birthday Promotions”, initiatives, goods and services of the Fidelity Program dedicated to them, they must also provide the name and date of birth of their minor children for whom they have parental authority, up to a maximum of 4 (four) children per Holder.

3.2 In requesting the issuance of the Card, the customer undertakes to provide only truthful and correct data relating to their person and/or (where applicable) their family members. It is strictly forbidden to provide fictitious data or data belonging to third parties. Once the Card has been obtained, the Holder may always keep the identification and contact data provided updated by sending an email to the address info.fidelity@campagnolo.it or by making a request to the sales staff at one of the Stores, or by contacting the customer service of F.lli Campagnolo whose contact details are available on the Site. The data provided by the Holder will be processed in compliance with the current legislation on the subject and according to the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy of F.lli Campagnolo attached hereto and available at the Stores and on the websites indicated above, as updated from time to time.

3.3 Incorrect or incomplete completion of the registration form in its mandatory parts could prevent registration for the Fidelity Program, participation in Fidelity Campaigns, the crediting of loyalty points and/or the request and use of Fidelity Discount Vouchers (as defined below).

3.4 The Card is issued for personal use, excluding any use for professional or business purposes, or contrary to the law, it is not transferable to third parties and is operational and usable according to the terms and conditions of these Fidelity Regulations only in Italy (with the express exclusion of the territory of the Republic of San Marino), Germany, Austria, France and Switzerland. It should be noted that the single-brand stores of the Brands present on the territory of the Republic of San Marino do not adhere to this Fidelity Program, but adopt different fidelity initiatives, which can be consulted at the aforementioned points of sale and on the website of the relative Brand.

3.5 Without prejudice to any other right provided by law, F.lli Campagnolo may revoke the Holder's right to use the Card and deactivate it in case of use of the same in violation of the conditions of these Fidelity Regulations or in case of abusive use or use harmful to the image of F.lli Campagnolo and/or the Brands.

3.6 The Card will remain valid and active for an indefinite period, subject to termination of the Fidelity Program or withdrawal of the Holder, provided that the latter makes at least one purchase every 36 (thirty-six) months. If the Holder does not make any purchase for more than 36 (thirty-six) consecutive months, F.lli Campagnolo will have the right to deactivate the Card. In this case, the data of the Holder and their family members, where provided, will be deleted from the F.lli Campagnolo databases.

3.7 Notwithstanding what is provided herein, F.lli Campagnolo assumes no responsibility for any fraudulent, improper or abusive use of the Card by the Holder and/or third parties and can in no case be held responsible for any consequences, direct or indirect, connected to malfunctions of the Card, the websites and/or the relative management systems not dependent on its will. F.lli Campagnolo however undertakes to do everything possible to guarantee the Holder the prompt restoration of the operation of the Card and the Sites and the recovery of any relative benefits accumulated and not used.

3.8 The request and use of the Card implies the unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions of these Fidelity Regulations by the Holders.

4. OPERATION AND ADVANTAGES OF THE LOYALTY CARD

4.1 Holders of a Card will be entitled to automatically access the promotional initiatives of the Fidelity Program organized from time to time by the F.lli Campagnolo Brand to which the Card refers, including the Fidelity Campaigns.

4.2 In particular, all Holders of a Card will have the right to use it to account for and convert into loyalty points the amount of purchases made at the Stores of the F.lli Campagnolo Brand to which the Card refers, in order to obtain the right to dedicated discount vouchers usable on the occasion of subsequent purchases at Stores of the same Brand (hereinafter, the “Fidelity Discount Vouchers”). Purchases of gift cards DO NOT generate points.  

4.3 In addition to what is provided in point 4.2 above, all Cardholders will be able to benefit from a welcome discount of 10% on the total receipt for the first purchase made and the so-called “Birthday Promotion” on the occasion of their birthday, the data of which has been correctly provided and entered in the personal data at the time of the Card request or subsequently communicated by the Holder. The Birthday Promotion will entitle each Holder to a discount equal to 20% of the total receipt on purchases of products belonging to the Brand to which the Card refers made in one of the Stores of the same Brand in the period between 7 (seven) days before and 14 (fourteen) days after the birthday date.

4.4 In order to accumulate points, the Card must be exhibited to the cashier at the time of purchase, before the issuance of the fiscal receipt. Store personnel will have the right to request an identity document from the customer, in order to verify that the customer exhibiting the Card corresponds to the Holder of the same. Purchases made anonymously will not be considered valid for the purposes of the loyalty points collection.

4.5 The loyalty points accumulated on the Card are not assignable or transferable to third parties and must be used and converted by the Holder into Fidelity Discount Vouchers to be used by the expiry of the Fidelity Campaign during which they were matured. Once this term has expired without the Holder having used them as above, the points will be automatically lost and reset, unless otherwise communicated by F.lli Campagnolo.

5. POINTS COLLECTION

5.1 Unless otherwise indicated for a specific Fidelity Campaign, the Cardholder will be automatically assigned no. 1 loyalty points for every Euro (€) spent at the adhering Stores after the issuance of the Card. The loyalty points collection will also be applicable to the purchase of items on sale, while it will NOT be applicable to the purchase of gift cards, it being understood that the use of a gift card as a payment method for purchase of goods will allow the collection of loyalty points.

5.2 The crediting of loyalty points matured with each purchase will be carried out only upon payment of the entire price of the goods purchased, immediately after the issuance of the receipt.

5.3 The Holder may check the loyalty points balance accumulated on their Card at any time by accessing the Stores and asking for information in this regard from the sales staff.

5.4 Upon reaching a certain number of points (hereinafter, “Fidelity Milestone/s”) the Holder may convert the loyalty points into a Fidelity Discount Voucher of a predetermined value or continue to accumulate points until a subsequent Fidelity Milestone is reached. Both the threshold of the Fidelity Milestones and the value of the Fidelity Discount Vouchers corresponding to them may vary for each Fidelity Campaign organized from time to time by the various F.lli Campagnolo Brands.

5.5 At the time of conversion of the loyalty points into a Fidelity Discount Voucher, the total loyalty points accumulated on the Card will be updated, by deducting the relative number of loyalty points converted into the Fidelity Discount Voucher.

6. USE OF FIDELITY DISCOUNT VOUCHERS

6.1 Each Fidelity Discount Voucher will be usable, according to the conditions set out in the regulations of the relative Fidelity Campaign of the reference Brand, for purchases made in any of the Brand Stores adhering to the Fidelity Program. The Fidelity Discount Voucher can therefore be used in the Stores of the Brand that issued the Card to pay for products of the same Brand starting from the purchase immediately following that of the achievement of the corresponding Fidelity Milestone (even if the subsequent purchase occurs on the same day as the issuance of the Fidelity Discount Voucher).

6.2 Fidelity Discount Vouchers will NOT be usable for the purchase of gift cards.

6.3 In case of return of products paid in whole or in part with Fidelity Discount Vouchers, the Holder will be issued a voucher for return of goods of value equal to the price of the returned goods as per the fiscal receipt issued at the time of purchase, which must be obligatorily exhibited by the customer at the time of the return request.  

7. LOSS OF CARD CREDENTIALS

In case of loss of Card credentials, the Holder may recover the relative data and enjoy the loyalty points possibly matured on the Card simply by going to one of the Stores of the Brand that issued the Card and contacting the sales staff. However, F.lli Campagnolo assumes no responsibility for any use of the Card by unauthorized persons who have come into possession of the relative credentials. 

8. CANCELLATION FROM THE FIDELITY PROGRAM AND DEACTIVATION OF THE CARD

8.1 Participation in the Fidelity Program will cease in the following cases:

  • upon specific request of the Holder, who may exercise the right of withdrawal at any time by written communication sent via e-mail to info.fidelity@campagnolo.it, or via PEC to fllicampagnolospa@legalmail.it, or via Registered Letter with return receipt to the address: Romano d'Ezzelino, Via Merlo no. 2, 36060 Vicenza (VI) – Italy;

  • in the event that the Holder does not use the Card to make a purchase in the Stores for a period exceeding 36 (thirty-six) consecutive months;

  • in the event that F.lli Campagnolo decides to terminate the Fidelity Program, giving due information to the Holders, it being understood that in such cases, the Holder will be guaranteed a reasonable period to use the advantages already accumulated on the Card.

8.2 Sending the deactivation request or withdrawal communication of the Card by the Holder will involve the irrevocable waiver of any benefit possibly accumulated under the Fidelity Program and not yet used by the same.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS

9.1 These Fidelity Regulations are subject to Italian law. Conflict of laws and in any case the rules of private international law are excluded, as well as the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) adopted in Vienna on 11 April 1980. Any dispute that may arise between the parties in relation to the validity, interpretation, execution and termination of these Fidelity Regulations or each underlying contract will be the exclusive competence, at its discretion, of the Court of Vicenza (Italy) or the Court of the country of residence or domicile of the consumer, if the latter country is an EU Member State. F.lli Campagnolo will submit any dispute arising within the scope of these Fidelity Regulations to the competent Court of the country in which the customer habitually resides, if it is an EU Member State; otherwise it will be submitted to the Court of Vicenza (Italy). 

9.2 In the presence of any discrepancies between the Italian version and any translations of the Fidelity Regulations into other languages, the Italian version will prevail.

9.3 The mandatory rules of the legal system in which the customer has their habitual residence remain unaffected if they provide for protection and/or greater and/or further rights than those provided for by the law applicable to these Fidelity Regulations.

FIDELITY CAMPAIGN REGULATIONS OF THE F.LLI CAMPAGNOLO BRANDS

2025 EDITION

(hereinafter, “Campaign Regulations”)

Please note that the Fidelity Campaigns of the F.lli Campagnolo Brands are initiatives excluded from the discipline of the so-called “Manifestazioni a Premio” (Prize Promotions) pursuant to art. 6 lett. c-bis) of DPR 430/2001.

I. DURATION OF FIDELITY CAMPAIGN 2025

The Fidelity Campaign 2025 is valid from January 01, 2025 to December 31, 2025 (hereinafter, the “Campaign Period”).
After the Campaign Period, it will be F.lli Campagnolo's faculty to extend the validity term of the Fidelity Campaign 2025 or launch a new Fidelity Campaign at different terms and conditions. In this case, the Holder will receive a communication with details of the terms and conditions for extending the Campaign Period and the Campaign Regulations will be modified and updated accordingly. 

II. ACCESS AND ADHERENCE TO THE CAMPAIGN

All Holders of a “CMP” - “MELBY” - “JEANNE BARET” Card can adhere to the Fidelity Campaign 2025.

Those who already own a Card will be able to benefit from the Fidelity Campaign 2025 without the need to further formalize their adherence, while those who do not already possess the Card, have the requirements to obtain it pursuant to art. 1 of the Fidelity Regulations (see above) and wish to adhere to the Fidelity Campaign 2025 may do so by requesting the issuance of the Card in the modalities provided for by the Fidelity Regulations (see above) in the Campaign Period (i.e. from January 01, 2025 to December 31, 2025).

III. LOYALTY POINTS ACCUMULATION MODALITIES

All Holders of a Card who during the Campaign Period make purchases of products of the Brand/s on sale at the adhering Stores of the same Brand will be recognized no. 1 loyalty points of the reference Brand for each Euro (€) spent, upon request to use the Card at the checkout before the issuance of the fiscal receipt.

IV. EXCLUSIONS FROM LOYALTY POINTS COLLECTION

The amounts spent by Holders in adhering Stores corresponding to the following are expressly excluded and do not contribute to the accumulation of loyalty points:

  • any fractions of Euro (€)

(i.e. points will be assigned for each whole Euro (€) spent for each receipt, excluding fractions of Euro (€) which will not be taken into consideration nor accumulated with fractions of Euro (€) spent in subsequent purchases);

  • purchases of F.lli Campagnolo Brand gift cards;

  • payments made through Fidelity Discount Vouchers;

  • purchase of services ancillary to sales, as applicable from time to time (e.g. shipping, tailoring, embroidery, rental, etc.);

  • purchases made taking advantage of conventions with third parties that already provide for the recognition of discounts or particular conditions (e.g. CAI Card Holders Convention, etc.).

V. FIDELITY MILESTONES AND CONVERSION OF LOYALTY POINTS INTO FIDELITY DISCOUNT VOUCHERS

Loyalty points accumulated on the Card in the Campaign Period may be converted into Fidelity Discount Vouchers, as defined in the Fidelity Regulations (see above), no later than the last day of the Campaign Period (i.e. December 31, 2025), upon reaching one of the following Fidelity Milestones:

  • upon reaching 300 loyalty points the Holder will be entitled to a Fidelity Discount Voucher of Euro 20.00 (twenty/00);

  • upon reaching 500 loyalty points the Holder will be entitled to a Fidelity Discount Voucher of Euro 40.00 (forty/00);

  • upon reaching 900 loyalty points the Holder will be entitled to a Fidelity Discount Voucher of Euro 70.00 (seventy/00);

  • upon reaching 1200 loyalty points the Holder will be entitled to a Fidelity Discount Voucher of Euro 90.00 (ninety/00);

Any loyalty points matured during the last day of the Campaign Period may be used to request the Fidelity Discount Voucher, where one of the Fidelity Milestones defined above has been reached, on the same day.

Unless further extensions are communicated by F.lli Campagnolo, loyalty points accumulated and credited but not used by the Holder by the expiry of the Campaign Period will be reset and will not be usable for subsequent Fidelity Campaigns.

VI. USE OF FIDELITY DISCOUNT VOUCHERS

Any Fidelity Discount Vouchers matured may be used by the Holder to make purchases in adhering Stores by requesting them at the checkout in the Stores strictly before the issuance of the receipt.

Fidelity Discount Vouchers may also be used in the presence of other offers or other initiatives of the Brand in progress at the time of purchase, with the exception of conventions in force with third parties (e.g. CAI Associates, etc.).

In no case can Fidelity Discount Vouchers be converted into cash, other forms of payment or gift cards.

Fidelity Discount Vouchers can be used in a single solution (for 100% of their value) to make purchases of an amount equal or higher and will not entitle to change in cash or other form of compensation.

VI. DURATION OF THE CAMPAIGN REGULATIONS

Unless expressly extended or modified, these Campaign Regulations are valid for the Campaign Period reported above (i.e. until December 31, 2025).

DEAR HOLDERS ARE INFORMED THAT THE LOYALTY POINTS ALREADY ACCUMULATED ON THE CARD AT THE DATE OF ENTRY INTO FORCE OF THESE CAMPAIGN REGULATIONS MAY ALSO BE USED FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE FIDELITY CAMPAIGN 2025.
