This policy describes the processing of visitors’ and users’ personal data (collectively, “Users”) on the F.lli Campagnolo S.p.A. website (http://www.cmpsport.com the “Website”) through which the company sells clothing and accessories (the “Products”) to the Users.

F.lli Campagnolo S.p.A. may modify this policy to adapt it to future expansions to or future modifications of the Website or the products and services offered. In the event of substantial changes, F.lli Campagnolo S.p.A. will publish a notification on the Website and/or send a notification via email to communicate the variations and, if necessary, request authorisation to exercise the rights recognised by the legislation regarding the protection of personal data.


The data controller is F.lli Campagnolo S.p.A., with headquarters in Via Merlo, 2 - 36060 Romano d'Ezzelino (VI) - Italy, Tax code and VAT No. T.C. 00170620249 (“F.LLI CAMPAGNOLO”).


2.1 Browsing data

Every time the Website is accessed, the systems automatically record and analyse the access data (e.g. IP address of the provider, information on the browser used, pages visited, date, time and duration of each visit). The information is collected automatically by the Website and does not require any action by the User.

The data collected are exclusively anonymous and aggregate data and cannot, therefore, be used to identify the User. The information collected simply allows any technical problems to be identified and solved.

2.2 Data communicated by Users: personal data for the product purchase

The User is requested to communicate specific personal data: name, surname, email address, telephone and home address (the “Personal Data”). These data, communicated by the User when filling in the form on the Website, are specifically required to allow the purchase of the Products sold on the Website.

Providing these Personal Data is done on a voluntary basis. If Users do not provide them, they can still browse the Website without, however, being able to purchase the products sold by F.LLI CAMPAGNOLO.

2.3 Data communicated by Users to obtain information and updates from F.LLI CAMPAGNOLO

The personal data collected by the Website are the data communicated by Users when filling in the forms on the Website (e.g. through the “Customer Service” page) or by sending a request to F.LLI CAMPAGNOLO to the addresses indicated on the Website.

The data collected include User identification and contact data (e.g. name and surname, email address, phone number), the personal data included in any communications and requests sent to F.LLI CAMPAGNOLO., as well as any other data required to respond to and implement specific User requests.

Users are advised to only communicate updated and pertinent information which does not exceed the specific purpose of the processing.

Any data not required will be immediately deleted or anonymised.


The personal data of Website Users (the “Data”) may be processed for the following purposes.

3.2 Product purchase

The data collected by filling in the form on the Website (name and surname, email address, payment details) will be processed for sales and purchase purposes and to send the purchased products to the User.

To this end, the data may be communicated:

  • to parties, both public and private, involved in the relevant organisational and management activities and/or to suppliers of additional services required (e.g. couriers, logistics companies, etc.). These parties will process the data, depending on the case, as autonomous data controllers, or data processors, based on the specific written assignment given to them by F.LLI CAMPAGNOLO.

It is necessary to provide the data in order to complete the purchase of the products, therefore, in the event of refusal or failure to communicate the requested data, F.LLI CAMPAGNOLO will be unable to fulfil the User’s requests.

The legal basis of the data processing is the need to implement pre-contractual and contractual measures taken at the request of the User, and to comply with the relevant legal obligations.

3.3 Subscription to the newsletter and receipt of communications with commercial content

The Data collected (i) when subscribing to the newsletter service (email address), or (ii) when purchasing Products (i.e. name, surname and email address), subject to the User's consent, will be processed to send information and commercial communications about the activities and products of F.LLI CAMPAGNOLO, including any invitations to initiatives and events organised and/or sponsored by F.LLI CAMPAGNOLO, including those in collaboration with third parties.

It is necessary to provide the Data in order to complete the subscription and benefit from the newsletter service. As a result, in the event of the refusal or failure to communicate the requested data, it will not be possible to receive the F.LLI CAMPAGNOLO newsletter.

The User may cancel his/her subscription to the newsletter service at any time, by following the procedure indicated at the bottom of each newsletter or by sending a specific communication to F.LLI CAMPAGNOLO at the addresses indicated in point 7 below.

The legal basis of the data processing is the express consent given by the User directly via the Website.



The Data will be processed using manual and IT tools by staff and partners of F.LLI CAMPAGNOLO and/or companies expressly appointed as data processors, and to whom F.LLI CAMPAGNOLO has given detailed operating instructions with particular reference to the adoption of appropriate technical and organisational security measures.

In particular, the Data will be made accessible, for the same purposes as they were collected, to data processors in the following categories:

- parties providing services for managing the IT system and telecommunications networks of F.LLI CAMPAGNOLO and the Website;

- consultants for F.LLI CAMPAGNOLO or other parties providing related services, including companies that manage the logistics and, therefore, product shipment.

The complete list of data processors is kept at the data controller’s headquarters and is available by sending a request to the addresses indicated in point 7 below.


The data will not be disseminated.


The personal data collected and processed by F.LLI CAMPAGNOLO, for the purposes identified in point 3 above, may be stored in a form that allows User identification for the period required to fulfil the purposes of the processing, specifically:

At any time and within the limits in which the rights are applicable, Users may: (I) obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning them; (II) request access to their personal data; (III) request the rectification, deletion or limitation of personal data processing; (IV) oppose the processing, or withdraw consent to the processing, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to the withdrawal; (V) receive, in a commonly used, structured format which can be read by an automated device, the personal data concerning them provided to F.LLI CAMPAGNOLO, as well as request that these data be transmitted to another data controller (right to the portability of personal data); (VI) lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data, or appeal to the competent judicial authority.

Any requests concerning the data recipients may also be sent to the same addresses, as well as any requests for clarifications about this policy.
