If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it at the following Link. Enter your registration email address and you will receive an email with a link that will allow you to save a new password.

If you have found a product you like, in the colour and size you want, click on “Add to cart”. If you decide to buy other articles, click on continue shopping. If, however, you want to complete the order, select “Go to cart”. On the cart page, you can add or remove articles, calculate shipping costs or enter a special offer code. Having done this, when you return to the checkout, you can choose the payment type and enter your billing and shipping data. Once you have “confirmed the order”, you will receive a confirmation email for your order.
The active payment methods on CMP e-shop are: Credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Maestro), PayPal, MyBank (Instant bank transfer), Sofort.
If you choose a bank transfer: Once the order has been placed, you will be re-directed to your home banking to complete the payment.
If you have a special offer code, you can enter it in the space in the cart page called “Special offer code”. After entering it, the discount value will be directly deducted from the order total.
Standard delivery dates are 2-4 working days.
There may be delays on public holidays due to increased goods handling by the couriers.
If you have not received a confirmation email and you have checked your SPAM, please contact us immediately using the contacts form.
Once the order has been placed, it cannot be edited or cancelled. You must wait until delivery and then exercise the right of withdrawal. To exercise the right of withdrawal, please consult the instructions on the relevant page.
Send us the new delivery address. We will inform the courier as soon as his procedure allows us to do so.
If the payment was made with PayPal, the original address cannot be edited due to PayPal security policies.
When shipping occurs, we will send you an email with a link to track the shipment.
After 24 hours following order placement, the shipping status can be tracked by clicking on the tracking link in the email.
Every time the courier comes to your home and is unable the complete delivery of the goods, he leaves the package at the local branch office and notifies CMP with an email, in addition to leaving you a delivery notification. There will, therefore, be a number to call to agree on a new delivery date. Up to 3 attempts are allowed.
A return can be done within 14 working days of receiving the goods. The method to use is outlined in the returns and refunds section.
We are sorry, but unfortunately it is not possible to exchange articles purchased from our on-line store. If you want to, you can return the goods and we will refund them. You can then place a new order with the correct item.
The refund is done with the same payment method used for the initial transaction (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, Sofort).
The returned articles will be refunded as quickly as possible, within fourteen days of the date on which the return shipment is delivered to our warehouse. Please remember that banks may require up to 7 working days to complete the refund which is not part of our procedure.
